How you can help

Charitable Trusts and Foundations

Over the years we have developed strong relationships with a number of Trusts and Foundations who have made vital donations towards our projects, enabling us to help improve the lives of over a million people.

Many trusts wish to donate towards specific projects, enabling us to carry out the projects knowing that the funding has been secured. Very often, major funders require us to raise ‘matching funds’ so the support of Charitable Trusts is particularly important to us.

We are also seeking general funds to enable us to expand and develop our work.  As little as £1,000 could catalyse the impact of a project on thousands more people.

For instance funds are needed to help many more people benefit from our projects in East Africa:

Soapstone bowlIn Kenya our project is helping to improve the lives of soapstone workers, enabling them to work in safer conditions and have a fairer share of the income.

Solar dryingWe also assist small-scale subsistence farmers to preserve and market fruit, vegetables and spices, using locally made dryers.

If you are a Trustee of a Charitable trust or Foundation and would like to find out more, please contact us. We will be pleased to give you further information and discuss how you can help our work in Africa or South Asia.
